Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide remote therapy practice for older adults. Therapists manage their caseloads from home, with admin support, and a supportive clinical community.

Flexible full- or part-time schedules are available, with options for 1099 or W2 compensation and benefits for longer hours. Clinicians set their own schedules seven days a week, receive dedicated clinical leads, and access free CEUs and geriatric-focused training.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Idaho
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
• Work independently within a collaborative care team
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
