Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in CT (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults/geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative care team.
• Efficiently manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.
