Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy for older adults from a fully remote setup. You’ll join a supportive clinical team, with dedicated leads and real-time administrative support, while building your caseload with no marketing or referral chasing.

Choose from part-time or full-time opportunities (1099 or W2). Start with 15–25 hours weekly and grow your caseload, set your own schedule across 7 days, and access benefits for W2 clinicians including

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC) in Alabama.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations is preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
