Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license required (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or MFT.
• Experience delivering therapy to older adults (geriatric).
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR/AI documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
