Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. Deliver teletherapy from home, with a guaranteed caseload, admin support, and a supportive clinical community to thrive in telehealth.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) on a fee-for-service basis, with 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) to start and flexible workloads.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in Oregon.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet each patient’s needs.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.
