Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice delivering mental healthcare to older adults. We handle caseloads and administrative tasks so clinicians can focus on high-quality therapy from home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) with flexible, fee-for-service arrangements. Start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and grow from there.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in [LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC] and Michigan licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred; telehealth familiarity with EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
