Sailor Health is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to older adults, fully from home. We cover billing and admin so your time goes to patients, with ongoing clinical support and a full caseload built for you.

We offer both 1099 contractor (starting at 15 hours/week) and W2 employee (starting at 25 hours/week with full benefits), serving patients across all 50 states in a flexible, remote setup.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the United States.
• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state of posting.
• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus (billing handled either way).

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs.
• Manage your own caseload with a supportive care team.
• Complete documentation in the EMR, with AI-assisted notes.
• Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders.
