Sailor Health is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to older adults, fully from home. We handle billing, admin, and caseload so your time goes to patients. Choose 1099 or W2 arrangements with flexible scheduling across all US states.

We offer a full caseload, dedicated clinical leads, and live admin support to ensure you focus on care. Per-session pay applies, with W2 benefits after 25+ hours per week and ongoing geriatric-focused training.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent psychology license in the posting state or US.
• Experience with older adults preferred and telehealth familiarity.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing is a plus and supported by the employer.

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Manage caseload with a supportive care team backing you up.
• Complete documentation in our EMR with AI-assisted notes.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations with clinical leaders.
