Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to older adults, fully from home. We handle caseloads, billing, and admin, with strong clinical support.

Our model supports clinicians across all 50 states and emphasizes patient-centered care. Locations are fully remote, with 7-days-a-week scheduling; 1099 contractors (from 15 hours/week) or W2 employees (from 25 hours/week with full benefits) are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the United States.
• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this role is posted.
• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus (we handle billing either way).

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs
• Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions, with a supportive care team behind you
• Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes
• Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders
