Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to older adults, fully from home. We handle billing and admin, and offer real clinical support, so your time is focused on patients.

We hire for part-time or full-time roles with per-session pay, and offer both 1099 and W2 options. Fully remote, licensed clinicians nationwide can join a supportive team with dedicated clinical leads, AI-assisted notes, and room to grow, including benefits for W2 staff and

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this role is posted.
• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus (we handle billing either way).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs.
• Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions, with a supportive care team behind you.
• Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes.
• Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders.
