Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to older adults, fully from home. We handle your caseload, billing and admin, and provide real clinical support so your time goes to patients.

Our model supports both part-time and full-time roles, paid per session, with options to start as a contractor at 15 hours per week or as a W2 employee at 25+ hours per week with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the United States.
• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this role is posted.
• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus (we handle billing either way).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs
• Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions, with a supportive care team behind you
• Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes
• Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders
