Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to older adults from home. We handle caseloads, billing, and admin, offering strong clinical support so your focus stays on patients.

Work fully remotely across the United States with flexible scheduling. We offer both 1099 contractor roles starting at 15 hours/week and W-2 positions starting at 25 hours/week with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the United States.
• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this role is posted.
• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs.
• Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions, with a supportive care team behind you.
• Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes.
• Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders.
