Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth psychotherapy to older adults from home. The role is flexible, with part-time or full-time options on a fee-for-service basis, and starts at 15–25 hours per week, with 1099 or W2 arrangements.

You'll work within a supportive clinical team, with admin support and a dedicated lead, while you set your own schedule across seven days a week. Remote work, AI documentation tools, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent psychology license in New Hampshire.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.

Education

Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program

Active, independent license to practice psychology in New Hampshire
