Sailor Health, Inc. is recruiting licensed psychologists to provide telehealth psychotherapy for older adults. Work from home with a flexible schedule, set hours, and a fee-for-service model. We handle scheduling and supportive admin so you can focus on clinical care.

Opportunities exist for part-time (1099) and full-time (W2) clinicians; 7 days a week availability is supported, with competitive per-session pay and access to clinical leads and documentation tools.

Formación

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Montana.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
