Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed clinical psychologists for a fully remote, nationwide telehealth practice serving older adults. We provide a real-team environment with clinical leadership and admin support to help you thrive.

Set your own schedule with 7 days a week availability on a fee-for-service basis; choose 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and grow from there.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in West Virginia.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
