The role offers flexible part‑time or full‑time schedules, built around your availability, and no in‑person office visits are required. You will work within a supportive clinical team that provides care navigation and administrative backing, with a focus on geriatric care, grief, and late‑life transitions.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA‑accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Minnesota.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records; Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
