Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed clinical psychologists (PhD/PsyD) for fully remote teletherapy serving older adults across the United States. You will join a supportive team with wraparound patient support and no marketing or referrals to chase.

You set your own schedule, choosing part-time or full-time hours across seven days, with per-session pay and comprehensive benefits for W2 clinicians. We provide admin help, an AI documentation assistant, and ongoing clinical supervision to help

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent psychology license in Delaware.
• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care team and participate in consultations.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Set and manage caseload with availability.
