Sailor Health is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to older adults, fully from home. We handle billing and admin and provide clinical support so your time focuses on patients.

We offer part-time or full-time roles with options for 1099 contractor or W2 employee. Start times are flexible, with a full caseload built for you and dedicated leadership to guide you.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the United States.
• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this role is posted.
• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus (we handle billing either way).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs.
• Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions, with a supportive care team behind you.
• Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes.
• Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders.
