Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to older adults, fully from home. We will fill your caseload, handle billing and admin, and provide strong clinical support, so your time goes toward patients and meaningful care.

We offer part-time or full-time roles with flexible scheduling, 1099 or W-2 arrangements, and full benefits for W-2 clinicians at 25+ hours per week. Regional coverage is nationwide in the United States.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the posting state
• Experience with older adult populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus (we handle billing either way)

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs
• Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions, with a supportive care team behind you
• Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes
• Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders
