Sailor Health is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to older adults, fully from home. We handle caseload, billing and admin, with clinical support to keep your time focused on patients.

Roles available as part-time or full-time, paid per session, with options for 1099 or W-2 depending on hours. We operate nationwide across all states, offering flexible scheduling seven days a week, extensive clinician support, and full benefits for W-2 clinicians over 25

Qualifications

• Must be located in the United States.
• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this role is posted.
• Experience with telehealth and geriatric populations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs
• Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions, with a supportive care team behind you
• Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes
• Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders
