Job summary

Sailor Health is seeking licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) for a nationwide virtual practice. You’ll work from home with a fully remote schedule, and you won’t need to chase referrals.

The role focuses on evidence-based psychotherapy for older adults, supported by a team that includes clinical leads and admin support. We offer flexible, fee-for-service opportunities at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2), plus the option to scale.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent psychology license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet each patient’s needs.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular, paid case consultations.
