Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) for fully remote telehealth work serving older adults nationwide.

You will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, build your caseload, and receive real-time admin support, dedicated clinical leadership, and back-up resources to focus on patients from the comfort of home. We provide Medicare billing support and a flexible schedule with no evenings required.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist with a PhD or PsyD
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Rhode Island
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Manage a caseload with support from care navigators and clinical leads
• Participate in ongoing clinical quality initiatives and utilize AI documentation tools
