Sailor Health is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to older adults from home across the United States. We handle billing, admin, and support so you can focus on patient care.

Roles are 1099 contractor (starting at 15 hours/week) or W2 employee (starting at 25 hours/week with full benefits). We offer a full caseload, dedicated clinical leadership, and AI-assisted documentation to streamline your day.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA‑accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the United States state where this role is posted.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs.
• Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions with a supportive care team behind you.
• Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI‑assisted notes.
• Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders.
