You will provide individual and group therapy, assessments, and family education via telehealth, supporting aging-related challenges and transitions from home-based care.

The position emphasizes evidence-based practices, culturally sensitive care, and collaboration with medical teams to tailor care plans for older adults.

Qualifications

• Valid LMHC designation with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
• Minimum four years of geriatric counseling experience.
• Certifications in geriatric mental health are desirable.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapy for the elderly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathetic and culturally aware approach to elder care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and intake evaluations for elderly clients.
