Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field required.
• Active independent licensure such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized counseling services to diverse clients, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet their unique mental health needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to evaluate and update treatment plans, ensuring optimal care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to support quality client care and organizational compliance.
• Design and implement personalized care strategies, including development of post-treatment resources.
• Engage proactively with the community through events and partnerships to raise mental health awareness.

Education
