Responsibilities

• Bridge Business and Technical Teams: act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, product leadership, engineering, IT, and cross-functional partners; translate market needs into technical specifications and development plans.
• Own Product Requirements and Prioritization: develop and manage requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature backlogs, workflows, and implementation-ready documentation; balance value, impact, feasibility, risk, and resources.
• Lead Cross-Functional Product Delivery: collaborate with engineering, UX, quality, operations, laboratory, R&D, and commercial teams for timely delivery and adoption of capabilities.
• Use Data and Technology Insights to Drive Decisions: analyze performance metrics, feedback, and market trends to drive prioritization and data-informed decisions.
• Develop Scalable Technical Solutions: define integration needs, workflows, and system impacts to ensure scalable, supportable solutions.
• Maintain Deep Product, System, and Market Expertise: stay current on clinical products, workflows, and market dynamics to guide solutions.
• Support Implementation and Change Management: enable successful rollout with documentation, training, and adoption tracking.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: monitor capabilities and performance to identify enhancements and reduce friction.
