Job summary

Cytiva in the United States (Detroit area) is seeking a Lab Filtration and Genomics Sales Specialist to grow the genomics and lab filtration portfolio across designated territory, with a focus on new and recurring business opportunities.

The role requires a Life Sciences degree, 4+ years of commercial biotech experience, ability to travel up to 50%, strong presentation and relationship-building skills, and familiarity with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in the Life Sciences field, or equivalent experience. Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned geographic territory
• 4+ years of successful commercial experience in life sciences including sales, marketing, technical support, and field applications support
• Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture and account management
• High-level presentation skills: ability to present complex ideas clearly to customers
• Self-motivated, a team player, and well-organized

Responsibilities

• Develop strong business relationships with customers by earning trust and loyalty through providing Cytiva workflow solutions
• Attain or exceed objectives related to Lab Filtration and Genomics portfolio: new markets, territory understanding, segments, and new products
• Collaborate with Cytiva Account Manager team to showcase capabilities and train others
• Build territory strategies and partner with Cytiva colleagues and distributors to achieve revenue targets
• Forecast pipeline and sales funnel timely and accurately in Salesforce
