Job summary

Excelon Solutions LLC is seeking a Genesys Cloud Architect in San Diego (remote option) with around 10 years of experience to design scalable, highly available contact center solutions on Genesys Cloud.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end contact center solutions on Genesys Cloud for high availability and scalability.
Lead integrations between Genesys Cloud and Salesforce SCV using APIs and telephony toolkits.
Implement AI-powered experience orchestration and automation for customer interactions.
Provide technical leadership during deployments, code reviews, and delivery ceremonies.
Establish platform governance, security controls, and regional operational best practices.
