Job summary

Excelon Solutions LLC is seeking a Genesys Cloud Architect in San Diego (remote option) with around 10 years of experience to design scalable, highly available contact center solutions on Genesys Cloud.

The role focuses on leading CRM integrations, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, and driving AI-powered automation while guiding engineers and IVR developers through Agile delivery and governance. Hybrid work model is expected.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in contact center architecture
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end Genesys Cloud solutions
• Experience integrating CRM systems, especially Salesforce SCV
• Ability to lead engineers and administrators in Agile ceremonies
• Strong governance, security, and operations mindset

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end contact center solutions on Genesys Cloud for high availability and scalability.
• Lead integrations between Genesys Cloud and Salesforce SCV using APIs and telephony toolkits.
• Implement AI-powered experience orchestration and automation for customer interactions.
• Provide technical leadership during deployments, code reviews, and delivery ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Design end-to-end contact center solutions on Genesys Cloud, ensuring high availability, global scalability, and fault tolerance.
• SCV & CRM Integration: Lead advanced integrations between Genesys Cloud and CRM environments, specifically Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV), leveraging telephony toolkits, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• AI & Automation: Implement AI-powered experience orchestration, bot integrations, and automated workflows to optimize customer interactions
• Technical Leadership: Guide software engineers, administrators, and IVR developers through complex deployments, code reviews, and Agile delivery ceremonies.
• Governance & Operations: Define platform governance, security compliance protocols, data actions, and best operational practices across regional business units.
