Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced in-house General Counsel for a part-time, remote role. This contractor position focuses on technology transactions, contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining, with an emphasis on AI-driven contract evaluation.

You will evaluate AI outputs, conduct simulated negotiations, and provide actionable legal feedback to improve risk identification in complex contracts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining contracts.
• Experience with MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs preferred.
• Strong analytical and legal reasoning skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations, reviews, and redlining exercises.
• Draft and review contracts including MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and tech agreements.
• Evaluate AI-generated contract responses for accuracy, risk, and reasoning.
