Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong legal research and writing skills desired.
• Demonstrated interest in media, technology and/or nonprofit fields through school activities or prior positions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Participate in client meetings, training, legislative and regulatory meetings.
• Observe legal proceedings and attend training sessions offered by professional associations or local organizations.
• Contribute across all practice areas as needed.
