Lewis & Clark College's Green Energy Institute seeks law students for paid law clerk roles, eligible for credit externships or internships. Positions may be remote or on-campus with a commitment to at least one in-person day per week. Start and end dates are flexible, rolling deadlines apply.

Applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, transcript, and writing sample. Part-time in Fall 2026 and Spring 2027; full-time in Summer 2027.

Formación

• Open to all current law students; externship or internship for credit.
• Start and stop dates are flexible.
• Must comply with externship requirements for credit.

Responsabilidades

• Assist GEI staff with substantive projects, including research and analysis of energy laws and policies.
• Draft memoranda and contribute to policy reports and other legal and policy analyses.
• Research and write blog entries on energy or climate policy issues.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and work collaboratively with GEI staff.
