Job summary

Communication Technology Services (CTS) is seeking a Project Manager/License Qualifying Manager to lead licensing and contracting initiatives across the continental United States. The role blends project management with multi-state GC licensure qualification, including NASCLA requirements, in a hands-on leadership capacity.

The position is remote with a preference for Southern California and allows for limited travel to pursue licenses and oversee projects.

Qualifications

• NASCLA transcript and at least one GC license required
• 5+ years in commercial/general contracting
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field
• Experience qualifying business entities for GC licensure in multiple states
• Framing/Structural experience 4+ years required

Responsibilities

• Qualify GC licenses for existing licenses across states listed (CA, AZ, VA, NC, SC, LA)
• Lead workforce and project management for wireless/low voltage projects regionally
• Provide technical leadership to field management and crews
• Engage with clients to assess challenges and drive solution deployment
• Support PoC testing, deployment, and troubleshooting with engineers
• Coordinate vendor/technology integration for interoperability
• Oversee project execution ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Maintain as-built designs and deployment guides for knowledge sharing
