Job summary

Communication Technology Services (CTS) is seeking a License Qualifying Manager/Project Manager with 5+ years in General Contracting to manage GC licenses across multiple states, including NASCLA qualification. The role involves full project management for wireless and low-voltage deployments, with some regional travel.

The ideal candidate will have NASCLA transcript, at least one GC license, and strong leadership to drive cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial General Contracting including coordination with MEP engineers and trades
• Framing/Structural experience must be part of 5+ to 7+ years of experience
• NASCLA passing transcript and at least one GC license from a NASCLA-accepting state

Responsibilities

• Immediate qualification and assumption of GC Qualifier for existing licenses (CA, AZ, VA, NC, SC, LA)
• Lead full project management for wireless/low-voltage projects regionally
• Provide technical leadership to field teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Maintain client communications, reporting, and daily status updates
• Support PoC testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of networking solutions
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to integrate new wireless technologies
• Oversee hands-on project execution and ensure compliance with specs
