Job summary

Communication Technology Services (CTS) is seeking a Project Manager/License Qualifying Manager to support remote work with a preference for Southern California. The role requires NASCLA passing transcript and at least one GC license, plus 4+ years framing experience. Ideal candidate will manage licensing across states and lead regional wireless/low voltage projects.

The position is full-time with modest travel (<20%). Training in low-voltage aspects will be provided. A strong background in general contracting and client coordination is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial General Contracting including coordination with MEP engineers.
• NASCLA passing transcript and at least one GC license.
• Framing/Structural experience required (4+ years).
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years project office/field management.
• Strong MS Office and CPM scheduling using MS Projects.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and assume GC qualifier for existing licenses (CA, AZ, VA, NC, SC, LA).
• Lead full project management for wireless/low voltage projects regionally.
• Lead field management and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality.
• Collaborate with clients and maintain daily reporting and communication.
• Provide field implementation support with PoC testing.
• Integrate new wireless technologies with vendors and ensure interoperability.
• Oversee project execution and maintain deployment guides and best practices.
