Ladders is seeking a Procurement Manager - Gas Power Generation for a leader in the Energy & Utilities space. This role oversees procurement execution for gas-fired power projects with emphasis on long-lead materials, PO readiness, and alignment of engineering milestones with project schedules.

This role operates in a complex EPC environment, partnering with project, engineering, and buying teams to keep material commitments on track and resolve delivery risks before they affect execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CM/engineering/supply chain.
• 5+ years in construction project delivery, procurement, or project engineering for gas-fired power generation.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience in a relevant role.
• Willingness to travel 15-25% to project sites and facilities.
• Experience managing long-lead material procurement on EPC projects preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee creation of key initial purchase orders at project award for assigned materials.
• Develop and maintain a material procurement schedule aligned with project timelines and engineering milestones.
• Identify long-lead items that must be procured before full engineering completion and coordinate discussions with relevant teams.
• Direct and coach Buyers to ensure consistent expediting and delivery performance tracking.
• Escalate complex procurement or delivery issues while retaining ownership for resolution.
