Job summary

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. seeks a Gas Pipeline Controller in NW Houston to safely and efficiently remotely operate pipelines, tanks, and pumping equipment supporting crude oil and other products.

You will monitor conditions, analyze alarms, coordinate with field personnel, and ensure DOT and regulatory compliance while working a rotating 12-hour shift, including weekends and holidays after training.

Qualifications

• 60 college credit hours with oil and gas field operations or related oil/gas or military experience.
• Associates degree strongly preferred.
• 2–3 years of Chemical or Oil and Gas industry experience preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, email).
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks and DOT drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Remotely start/stop pumps and operate valves to control pipeline flow.
• Monitor movement of material through pipelines and facilities; adjust as needed.
• Analyze alarms and changing conditions; ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Maintain communications with field personnel, customers, and suppliers to maximize safety and efficiency.
