Job summary

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is seeking a Gas Pipeline Controller to operate pipelines remotely from a Houston location. You will monitor pumps, valves, and tanks, respond to alarms, and ensure safe, compliant operation of crude oil and related products.

Training will be provided alongside field personnel. Qualifications include 60 college credits with oil and gas experience or military/board operator background, plus 2–3 years in the industry.

Qualifications

• 60 college credit hours with oil/gas field operations or related military/board operator experience.
• Associates degree strongly preferred.
• 2–3 years of chemical or oil & gas industry experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, email.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings: background checks and DOT drug screen.
• Team player who communicates well and stays accountable.
• Ability to work indoors, overtime, and learn new procedures.

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor and control pipelines, tanks, and pumps.
• Analyze alarms and adjust operations to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Determine accurate times of events by reviewing schedules and batch lists.
• Detect abnormal operations quickly and respond with sound judgment.
• Coordinate pipeline maintenance and monitor storage levels.
