Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking friendly, dependable Customer Service Representatives to support customers with natural gas utility accounts. The role focuses on billing inquiries, payments, and account information, delivering a positive experience.

The position is remote for eligible states, including NV, with responsibilities to assist with payments, account questions, and privacy-compliant interactions. Starting at $14/hour, plus a $1 differential for nights and weekends, 40 hours/week, M–F,

Qualifications

• 1 year Previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with billing and account information.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Professional and empathetic approach to customer concerns.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable handling potentially difficult customer interactions.
• Must be comfortable cross training on other accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding their natural gas bills and account balances
• Process and assist with customer payments
• Research and resolve account-related issues
• Explain billing information, charges, and payment options clearly
• Update and maintain accurate customer account information
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently
• Follow established procedures and privacy requirements
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate issues when additional assistance or authorization is required
• Provide excellent customer service on every interaction
