Job summary

Five Star Solutions is hiring friendly Customer Service Representatives to help customers with natural gas bills, payments, and account information. This remote position serves multiple states and offers starting pay of $14 per hour with an extra $1 night/weekend differential.

The role requires patient, professional service, and the ability to handle billing and account inquiries while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in customer service, call center, or office work preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with billing and account information.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and tools.
• Professional and empathetic approach to customer concerns.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable handling potentially difficult customer interactions.
• Open to cross-training on additional accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions about natural gas bills and balances.
• Process and assist with customer payments.
