Job summary

Five Star Solutions is hiring friendly Customer Service Representatives to support customers with natural gas utility accounts. You will assist with questions about bills, payments, and account information, delivering a positive customer experience.

This remote role is open to residents in multiple states. Starting pay is $14 per hour, with a $1 per hour shift differential for nights and weekends. Full-time 40 hours weekly with benefits after 60 days. Training is provided to ensure readiness.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service, call center or office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with billing and account information.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding their natural gas bills and account balances.
• Process and assist with customer payments.
• Research and resolve account-related issues.
• Explain billing information, charges, and payment options clearly.
• Update and maintain accurate customer account information.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow established procedures and privacy requirements.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Escalate issues when additional assistance or authorization is required.
• Provide excellent customer service on every interaction.
