Movate is seeking technically skilled Gig Workers – Technical Support to provide remote troubleshooting and assistance for gaming platforms, consoles, handheld devices, PC services, and cloud gaming.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for gaming platforms, devices, applications, and services.
Diagnose and resolve common gaming-related technical issues.
Assist customers with account access, login, password, and authentication-related issues.
Troubleshoot game installation, download, update, launch, and performance issues.
Assist with device setup, configuration, connectivity, and compatibility issues.
Troubleshoot internet connectivity, Wi‑Fi, latency, and basic network-related gaming issues.
Document customer issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues following procedures.
