Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking a Social Support Specialist to deliver high-quality community management across Discord, X, Facebook, and other digital spaces from a remote US location.

You will assess user content, guide conversations, respond empathetically, and help identify trends while supporting incident response and brand trust. 3+ years in gaming community support and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-tier community support or moderation in gaming
• Native-level English with Western culture understanding
• Ability to maintain neutral/objective stance with sensitive content
• Proficient with Discord server management and community tools

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on supported titles with deep game knowledge for troubleshooting
• Engage with community to promote constructive dialogue
• Assess user content to differentiate sarcasm, humor, criticism and violations
• Respond to inquiries, concerns and reports empathetically
• Identify trends or risks and share insights with stakeholders
• Support incident response with sound judgment and discretion
