Responsibilities

• Foster a player-first community approach; own and drive the game’s short and long-term community system, translating processes into plans and defining clear objectives for colleagues. Oversee local virtual entertainment content planning details and collaborate across regions to achieve a consistently great experience.
• Oversee worldwide tasks: work with local venture and maker groups to create and manage top-tier global community projects to achieve short-term game objectives while pursuing long-term community goals.
• Foster web-based entertainment stages: stay at the forefront of a fast-changing community environment, bringing new types of community encounters to players and organizations. Work with cross-functional groups (including but not limited to marketing, product and support teams) to drive initiatives that achieve key community development objectives.
• Lay out powerful input systems: work with stage moderators to help and maintain an excellent community climate. Attend to community needs, anticipate risks and take swift action to create two-way dialogue and maintain a high-quality feedback loop between players and developers.
• Foster a community guide: create and grow a knowledge base of what works and what doesn’t, with the expectation to continuously improve within the team and across functional capacities.
• Fabricate and manage a team: oversee team-oriented groups across various locations; support colleagues in building strong relational skills and quickly identify and address team gaps, promoting high performers.
