Qualifications

• Four years of gaming community management or forum management experience (AAA title preferred).
• Knowledge of gaming community ecosystems, especially Discord and Reddit, and brand communications.
• Analytical skills to track player sentiment across platforms.
• Interpersonal, oral, and written communication across multiple departments.
• Self-motivation with strong time management and prioritization.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, engage with, and moderate gaming communities across Discord, Reddit, Steam, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to post game updates, patches, and news; report player feedback to stakeholders.
• Act as the community voice for Warner Bros. Games when posting patch notes or updates.
• Identify potential community moderators and ambassadors within verified channels.
• Assist in training studios on moderation processes, volunteer programs, and escalation procedures for future titles.
• Report player sentiment using in-house tools; work with platform reps to keep channels in top condition.
• Create and execute player-focused community programs tied to broader social and brand marketing beats.
• Support multiple premium and free-to-play titles.
