Responsibilities

• Manage and grow B2Spin's presence across social media platforms, keeping content fresh, on-brand, and engaging.
• Monitor, respond to, and moderate community interactions to foster a positive and active player community.
• Identify trends, player sentiment, and community insights to help shape content and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns, promotions, and community-driven initiatives.
• Track and report on key community metrics, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Act as the bridge between our players and our teams, ensuring player feedback is heard and acted upon.
