Warner Bros. Games in the United States is seeking a Video Game Community Manager to join our Social Media, Community, and Creator team. Ideal candidates engage players across Discord and Reddit and manage community programs while coordinating with multiple studios.

You will monitor communities, post updates and patch notes, and act as the community voice for our titles. Strong communication, moderation skills, and a gamer mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in gaming community management or forum management, AAA title experience preferred.
• Knowledge of gaming platforms, especially Discord and Reddit, and strong brand communications.
• Analytical skills to track player sentiment and community metrics.
• Interpersonal, oral, and written communication across multiple departments.
• Self-motivation with time management and prioritization.
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, engage with, and moderate gaming communities on Discord, Reddit, Steam, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to post updates on time and report player feedback to stakeholders.
• Act as the community voice for Warner Bros. Games when posting patch notes or updates.
• Identify potential community moderators and ambassadors in verified channels.
• Assist in training studios on moderation processes and ambassador programs, engagement incentive programs, and escalation processes for future titles.
• Identify and report player sentiment using in-house tools, collaborating with platform representatives.
• Create and execute player-focused community programs tied to brand marketing beats.
• Support multiple premium console and free-to-play titles.
