ENJOY Gaming LLC is seeking a Game Client Technical Lead to own both client and server-side architectures, bridging creative vision with technical reality. You will oversee two engineering ecosystems, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance gameplay experiences across devices.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers, and setting standards for documentation and agile delivery. Fluency in English with strong communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of development experience and 1+ year of leadership experience.
• iGaming/Gambling experience will be a huge plus
• Strong understanding of game client architecture
• Experience with state machines, game flow, and real-time systems
• Proven Full-Stack expertise in both game client development and scalable server-side architectures
• High tolerance for complexity and ambiguity
• Proactive problem solving to fix issues before they impact players
• Exceptional communication to translate requirements to engineering tasks
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading projects through SDLC
• Fluent English and Ukrainian or Russian are must-haves

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain complete game features across client and server.
• Build a modular backend to support multiple frontend game clients.
• Balance performance and memory across servers and clients.
• Implement robust real-time observability and crash reporting.
• Monitor and resolve cross-domain issues and security risks.
• Translate creative requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
• Mentor engineers and promote high-quality code and ownership.
• Create unified documentation for API specs, server infra, and engine integration.
• Lead sprint planning to align technical delivery with business goals.
