Job summary

ENJOY Gaming is seeking a Game Client Technical Lead to bridge game client and backend systems, designing scalable, secure architectures for high-performance experiences. You will mentor engineers, align UI/UX with engine capabilities, and drive features from concept to deployment in a remote, distributed setup.

Required are 6+ years in development with leadership, strong client architecture skills, and fluency in English plus Ukrainian or Russian; iGaming experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of development experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong understanding of game client architecture and real-time systems.
• Experience bridging UI/UX designs with backend systems.
• Fluent English plus Ukrainian or Russian is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain complete game features across client and server.
• Lead two engineering ecosystems: optimized game client and backend services.
• Ensure security, observability, and scalable architecture.
• Mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions across teams.
• Translate creative requirements into actionable technical tasks.
