Job summary

Futu US Inc. in the United States is seeking a Futures Operations Manager to oversee all clearing and settlement activities for US futures transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. You will manage margins, reconciliations, and risk while leading a team in a fast-paced back-office environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of futures clearing processes, CME and related exchanges, and experience with regulatory reporting and automation of clearing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in futures clearing, trade settlement, or back-office ops at a clearing firm, exchange, or FCM.
• Strong understanding of U.S. futures markets and clearing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clearing and settlement of futures trades with exchanges and brokers.
• Manage margin requirements, margin calls, and collateral movements; oversee daily net settlements.
• Oversee trade, position, and cash reconciliations with exchanges and internal systems.
